I have always loved painting and drawing. I started using watercolour on an introductory course in the 1990s on an introductory course and have enjoyed the challenges of this medium ever since!

The majority of my paintings are inspired by our beautiful South Northamptonshire countryside. I like to paint outdoors, and then, assisted by many photographs, I complete my paintings in the studio. I also use pen and watercolour for design work where my love of vibrant colour can be explored.

I have held solo exhibitions and also joint exhibitions with Pat Kinnear (also a SNA member).
